Julie project managed the implementation of several concurrent updates to RMIT's student database that successfully went live on-time and on-budget in Easter, 2014. As the Business Owner's delegate, I worked closely with Julie on all aspects of this project. Julie was excellent in building rapport with the group and establishing trust which was especially important on the day. The personal journey line exercise provided an opportunity to share parts of our lives that other team members may not necessarily have known that are valuable in the workplace and personal items that lead to a greater understanding of viewpoints within the team.

We walked away with what success looks like for our team and identifying the areas that need to be improved on and the most effective tools to bring about cultural and functional change is the development of a social contract and the establishment of a Kanban wall for our BAU and cross training.
