Experiments in Personal Kanban

Kanban is a tool to visualize and manage your work.

We often use the insidious 'to do list' to manage our time. These lists become never ending as we keep crossing out items and transcribing tasks into new lists. In this session Julie explains the key principles of Kanban. Julie will show us how to effectively set up a visual and inexpensive tool to keep track of our current work, upcoming work and understand our flow of work. Julie will guide us through some real life experiments she has conducted both in the workplace and at home to help us manage our work and everyday life. This session will be both fun and informative and will provide a practical tool that can be easily implemented in the office or at home and will surprise you with the results.
