Customers are the key element of any thriving organisation and if you don’t keep them satisfied, they will simply go elsewhere for the products and services you provide. This session on communicating with customers will highlight the important aspects of our customer relationships and provide you with the skills and knowledge to foster positive interactions with every customer.

Course Presenter – Julie Wilson

Julie is our resident Agile expert and coach. In addition to the qualifications outlined above, Julie is passionate about making customers happy. As a Project Manager Julie has coached teams through the art of engaging with customers. Through this course Julie provides a unique insight into the steps beyond ‘good’ customer communication into really connecting with customers to achieve amazing results.
