Julie Wilson
Managing Director and Principal Consultant
Julie has extensive experience as an Agile PM, Agile Coach and Waterfall Project Manager with particular ERP experience in the Payroll/Time Management arena. Julie holds considerable specialist knowledge in Oracle/PeopleSoft. She is CPA (IT Specialist Designation) qualified and Prince 2 and PMBOK experienced. Julie holds certifications in Agile Initiation, Agile Delivery, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise) Leadership and SAFe Scrum.
Julie has managed Kanban walls using physical cards and tools such as JIRA and Rally.
She is experienced in both in house and externally provided delivery models, including BPO and has held the role of Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Minute to Midnight Solutions since 2008.
