Refund Policy


This refund policy does not limit your rights to consumer protection under Australian consumer legislation.

A processing fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or more before any training event.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a training event.

Substitutions may be permitted at any time.

Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend any training event.

Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to:

A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 business days and fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

Note that circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Minute to Midnight Slutions Pty Ltd therefore, reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated via e-mail notification as soon as possible.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any services at our web site.

We realise that exceptional circumstances may take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide. We will therefore consider requests for a refund on a case by case basis.

Minimum numbers of participants are required for all courses to proceed. In the event that minimum numbers are not reached by the registration close date a refund or alternate course will be offered.

You should accompany this request with detailed and well founded reasons why you are applying for a refund.

Handling your Refund Request

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 3 business days.
  • Resolve all complaints within 30 days. This may not be possible in all circumstances.

Where we are unable to resolve a complaint within 30 business days, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and provide an indication of when we expect to resolve the request

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to via your original method of payment.
