She has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training material and specializes in the ‘soft’ skills needed for employment or project success. Lyn has worked within the HR/Payroll areas of businesses for over 20 years. Lyn specialises in areas of payroll, absence management, self service and time and labor.
Lyn has been involved with large scale payroll implementations in organizations in the banking, insurance, manufacturing, stevedoring and logistics sectors.
Chris is a payroll professional who held a number of hands on and advisory roles. He has experience as a paymaster for global construction organisations, implementation experience both as functional lead and project manager, and has held advisory roles to large Australian/New Zealand companies. He is familiar with numerous software packages, and as an accountant by training can relate payroll costs with Finance. Chris has an extensive knowledge of in house and outsourced payroll and is an international payroll expert.
